Do you write a homes, interiors, community or property related blog? Or perhaps there’s a really brilliant one you enjoy reading. Either way it’s time to nominate the property blogs you think are the best in breed at the moment for the PrimeLocation.com Property Blog Awards 2011, which are being launched today.
Each year we’ve been astounded by the success of the awards which we hope celebrate the written word in the world of homes, property and community blogs. Each year we’ve revelled in the rich prose and prolific output of the bloggers about owning, selling, renting or decorating homes as well as those who record their lives on Britain’s streets, lanes, roads, avenues and crescents.
So first up this year is the nomination process, during which anyone and everyone can put forward a blog to be judged both by our panel of experts and for the public vote. A nomiated blog or post can be either your own or someone else’s work. Nominations will then close on December 5th when judging begins on the main categories including Best Blog, Best Blog Post and Best Newcomer categories while a public vote (on the PrimeLocation.com UK blog) will begin for the Users’ Favourite Blog, voting for which will end on December 31st 2011.
So what’s different about this year’s awards? They’are bigger, that’s what. As the well as the categories above, we’re adding categories:
- Best Garden Blog
- Best DIY Blog
- Best Eco Home Blog
- Best Estate Agent Blog
- Best Interiors Blog
The winners of all the categories will be announced during the first week of January 2012. Visit our main site for more details about the 2011 Property Blog Awards.
